Stay calm, apologize sincerely, and move the conversation offline. Never get defensive — future customers judge you by how you respond:

Your concerns about the care are important to us, and we hold our urgent care center to a high standard. We’d welcome the chance to make this right — please contact us directly at [phone/email] so we can resolve this personally.
